Central Bus Station

The refurbishment and reuse of the Abu Dhabi Main Bus Station, including the existing G+1 main station building, G+6 office tower, bus stop area with towers, bus maintenance facilities, and taxi stand. The project will focus on upgrading and enhancing the existing facilities to meet current operational and sustainability requirements, with Estidama facilitation services targeting a Pearl 2 rating.
