Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City — MSCB Building

The MSCB Building at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC), Abu Dhabi, is a fit-out project consisting of 2 Basements + Ground Floor + 7 Floors (2B+G+7).

The project includes complete interior fit-out works such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors, joinery, painting, MEP services, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, fire and life-safety systems, and ELV works, as applicable.

All works will be carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, project specifications, authority requirements, safety standards, and quality requirements.

The objective is to deliver a fully functional, safe, and high-quality finished building ready for use and handover.
