The Emirates Palace Renovation Project encompasses a comprehensive range of renovation, refurbishment, and MEP/HVAC improvement works across various areas of the Emirates Palace. The project includes the renovation and upgrading of F&B outlets, including Kids Palace, Strawfire, Broadway, Deli Kitchen, Tea Apothecary, and other associated facilities. The scope also covers the Emirates Palace Beach Villas, staff areas, and refurbishment works across Levels 6, 7, and 8.
In addition, the project includes improvements to the Domestic Hot Water System, implementation of Energy Conservation measures, and HVAC remodelling at the Emirates Palace VIP Entrance. These works involve upgrading existing building services and systems to improve operational efficiency, guest comfort, energy performance, and overall functionality while maintaining the high standards and operational requirements of the Emirates Palace.
