The Grand Hyatt project comprises two interconnected residential towers, Tower C (21 floors) and Tower D (12 floors), providing a total of 176 keys, including 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom residences and townhouses.
The scope includes the refurbishment and enhancement of guest corridors and circulation areas, entrance lobby and reception, lift lobbies, public areas, guest residences, and BOH facilities, together with modifications to the existing MEP systems. The project also includes the expansion of the entrance lobby and improvements to the drop-off area to enhance the overall resident and visitor experience, functionality, and operational efficiency.
