The St. Regis Hotel & Resorts Upgradation Project comprises the refurbishment and enhancement of approximately 1,210 m² of the existing hotel building, including an additional 210 m² enclosure of the existing terrace and the development of two new restaurants. The project includes the MEP design and engineering of upgraded systems, integrated with the proposed hotel renovations and finalized architectural layout, based on the findings of the technical due diligence and assessment.
